My mother was a force to be reckoned with. She was strong, stubborn, kind, wonderful, and took no shit. which is where I got it from. Today would have been her 80th birthday. I imagine her up in heaven dancing and making friends with every single person. My mom never met a stranger. She was always making new friends. What amazed me most about my mom was that she was my siblings' biggest cheerleader. She found time to support all three of us in everything we did. She would tell me on my birthdays that it was not a birthday without a piece of cake, so Mom, I hope they have cake in heaven. I pray you are dancing pain-free and are reunited with your parents, your family, and all who went before you!. You are my guidepost in this life.I live my life as you raised me to be. I show kindness, I try to be positive with every interaction in this life. I want to make you proud of who I am, because of you./
Happy 80th birthday mom. You are loved, you are missed, you are my light in this life always. I am thankful fo you now and always, happy birthday, Mom!
There is a bee in this photo for a reason. In Deborah in the bible was the first female prophet to lead men into battle. In Hebrew, it means Bee. My mom was catholic, but she knew I was strong and could sting like a bee. God Bless Mom. She knew my strength and what I would need in this world before I was even born.
